Following a creative career as a Garden Designer, during which time I was lucky enough to win a medal for my garden design at Chelsea Flower Show; I went on to study Fine Art at Epsom University for the Creative Arts.  I chose the specialities of Printmaking and Abstract Acrylics with a horticultural bias.

Subsequently I attended many specialist Art Classes, with Horticultural and Abstract themes with high profile tutors and I was encouraged to pursue a career in the Artworld. Health issues intervened, but encouraged after my recovery, I realised that Indirect Mark Making with various kinds of Printmaking is what I enjoy best.

I attended courses with well-known Printmakers, who pushed me to produce the different and specialised works I now sell.  Whilst I admire the more traditional works of my artist colleagues, I generally prefer to take a more tangential route to satisfy my love of vibrant colour.

I have belonged to various Surrey Art Clubs and had work accepted at The Society of Women’s Artists in London.
